Title Companies

Choosing the right title company is a crucial step in the home buying process. Title professionals do a lot of "behind the scenes" work such as performing extensive searches on your future homes title and amongst other legal documents to ensure a clean and smooth transaction.

Insurance Agent
Property Insurance

During the inspection period, you should look into what property insurance is right for you and your new home. You may be asked to provide the paid premium receipt and the lender may have requirements for how they are listed as additional insured on the policy. Your insurance agent should send forward this to your lender.
